Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms for the agreement regarding Interior design services are as follows:

    If the customer decides to opt out during the design stage before the first draft of the design is shared, 40% of the booking amount will be deducted as a service fee, and the remaining 60% will be credited to the customer's account.
    If the customer decides to opt out during the design stage after the first draft of the design is shared, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted as a design & service fee, and the remaining 50% will be credited to the customer's account.
    If the customer opts out after the second draft of the design is shared, 60% of the total amount paid will be deducted as a design & service fee, and the remaining 40% will be credited to the customer's account.
    If the customer opts out after the third draft of the design is shared, 70% of the total amount paid will be deducted as a design & service fee, and the remaining 30% will be credited to the customer's account.

Please note that these cancellation terms are applicable only during the design stage and may be subject to further terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
Non-manufacturing defects or damages post-delivery not eligible for returns. Customized and made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.
